TM3 trunnion-mounted ball valves are designed to meet API 6D standards and feature a 2-piece or 3-piece split-body side-entry design. These valves offer a wide selection of sealing materials, including PTFE, PEEK, Devlon, and Nylon, making them suitable for a temperature range of -46°C to 200°C. The TM3 series is available with optional designs, such as Double Block and Bleed or Double Piston configurations. Additionally, all TM3 ball valves are equipped with a sealant injection system for both the stem and seats, enabling external intervention to prevent stem or seat leakage. The TM3 trunnion-mounted ball valves have been fire-safe tested and certified by ECM’s Register in compliance with API 607 standards.
